So many times we project our experiences to the definitions of words, when perhaps they are close to being interchangeable and it’s a issue of semantics or a play on words. I was part of a conversation where people described the difference between the use of the word “guilt” and “conviction.”
Is there a true difference? or it is that we have believed certain connotations associated with how one word is used and prefer to pick the other one? What do you think? And how do you define them?
