Spiritual War 2

Even though there is plenty to see Satan’s celebration, there are plenty of God’s goodness as well.

The lead team of Marty, myself, Al, Billy, Pam and Garret are strong and committed to see people become connected and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.  We have been seeing new visitors come to our Sunday mornings nearly every week since the beginning of the year.  We have seen new volunteers join ministries such as the student ministry, production, web campus, first impressions, worship and kids’ ministries.  We’re developing some really strong new leadership including adding Chase and Ryan to the worship team, Phil/Leslie and Larry/Angela and Sean/Margaret to Life Group leaders.  We’ve started a new Life Group on the campus of WPI.  And we’re excited about God making things work out to add another strong pastor to our lead team.

We’ve seen people who have been looking for jobs for several months get more work than ever before.  We’ve seen a couple of these fighting relationships becoming restored. We’ve seen our church rally together and to continue raising money for Haiti, so far over $5000.  We had a recent record attendance of 210 for Easter.  We haven’t had to cut support to our missionaries.

I know there are so many other great stories that happen within Life Groups of people helping each other see God’s truth in their lives.  That is amazing!! God is not disappointed.
