I would say that as a whole, I feel like I've been in a good place. There has probably been a couple of darker weeks this past quarter, but I have been good about working out several times a week, trying to eat better, finding time just to enjoy the company of my wife and kids, making it to Life Group every week and I have tried to read, listen or see something of the bible nearly everyday. I've tried even more recently to really spend more time with people to keep it all real. I would of course be blowing smoke if I didn't say that there are plenty of times that I get discouraged, frustrated, fight and put my attention on fulfilling my selfish sinful desires. thanks Jeff, really appreciate that.
